We are developing applications of Gas Cluster Ion Beam (GCIB) and Accelerated Neutral Atom Beam (ANAB) technologies for atomic-scale modification of critical surfaces for science and industry. We are focusing on the development of advanced x-ray and neutron supermirror optics.
GCIB and ANAB technologies are capable of smoothing/cleaning/polishing large planar and non-planar surfaces, reducing the average roughness (Ra) to an Angstrom.
